The Bengaluru-based IT major on Sunday announced that it will consider a share buyback proposal on April 27. In a regulatory filing, Wipro said its board of directors will be considering a proposal to buyback equity shares of the company, besides other issues, at its meeting scheduled to be held over April 26-27, 2023.
